We recognise the importance of a diverse workforce. We are committed to showing respect for all our employees and volunteers, valuing everyone’s contribution and providing an environment where everyone can fully thrive in every aspect of their lives. We are committed to providing our people with a working environment and opportunities that inspire and empower them to prioritise their health and wellbeing. We aim to provide support on a holistic level – with a specific focus on mental, physical and financial wellbeing while providing equal opportunities for all employees and volunteers and having a workforce that reflects the population we serve.

You will play an integral part in rolling out our Mental Health First Aider programme across the organisation and developing a Mindfulness programme, which is accessible to all staff and volunteers.
