About the role:

As our new Head of Caring Services Programme & Project Manager, and with a dedicated team behind you, you will lead on the operational delivery of project management, ensuring best practice techniques and practices are deployed to shape, plan, implement and track change.  This includes service model transformation and innovation, continuous improvement, quality and evaluation and digital change initiatives across Caring Services.

You will oversee all change activity within caring services: supporting the defining and designing of change, supporting impact assessment and implementation, whilst collaborating effectively with stakeholders to manage and deliver key projects within time, and to budget.

You have the ability to forge and nurture working relationships with ease, whilst having a talent for bringing out the best in people and motivating those around you.  Your confidence, strong work ethic and past successes make you stand out from the crowd.

You will be educated to degree level and/or have equivalent experience. A knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology would be beneficial, as is the ability to demonstrate business and technical knowledge of STP/CCG systems environment. 

With extensive experience of delivering social care or healthcare clinical change projects, you are able to lead in an ambiguous complex environment.  You have experience in writing, designing and producing reports well that reach your target audience.
