Are you an expert in clinical, service model or social care change & have a passion for superb project delivery?  If so, then this may be the new opportunity you’ve been searching for.

About the role:

As our brand new Caring Services Project Manager, you can make a real difference!

With a focus on working collaboratively to deliver projects, you will ensure best practice techniques and practices are deployed to shape, plan, implement and track change. This includes managing a portfolio of non-technical projects within the Caring Services directorate, which supports our Hospices, Nursing Service and Information & Support services.

This is a role where you can make a real difference by supporting key stakeholders within Caring Services with analysis and design activity to define and design change and to develop workplans, including performance monitoring and reporting, to deliver projects within time, cost and quality constraints.

The successful candidate will work to deliver required changes which support continuous improvement, service model restructuring, innovation, transformation and digital innovations.

About you:

You would be described as personable, confident, motivated and highly organised. A real team player who isn’t afraid to get stuck in and do what it takes to get the job done.

With your strong interpersonal skills, you’re able to forge and nurture successful working relationships with ease.  You have a talent for bringing out the best in people and motivating those around you.

Your communication skills are first class, you can write, design and produce reports which successfully reach your target audience.

With extensive experience of delivering Social Care or Health Care clinical change projects, you have a logical, practical and structured approach, as well as the ability to lead in an ambiguous complex environment.  This includes a sound understanding of portfolio, programme and project planning and budgetary control.

It is likely that you will come from a Social Care or NHS background where you are accustomed to working to achieve clinical and non-clinical implementation.
