About the role:

The purpose of this role is to provide expertise in the development of online learning solutions for a variety of areas across Marie Curie.   You will join an innovative, forward thinking and friendly learning & development team, and play a crucial part in supporting the current & future learning needs of staff and volunteer’s charity wide.

You will deliver support to our people and organisational development strategy, by designing fresh and dynamic mandatory training solutions and help us in our approach to sustained change management.

About you:

With practical knowledge and experience of end-to-end Instructional Design, you have a sound understanding of digital learning development techniques and methodologies.

Experienced in developing blended learning and digital learning solutions, you are confident in creating content from storyboards or scripts and can reach your target audience successfully. You are highly organised, detail driven and able to meet deadlines with ease.  

You would be described as personable, confident and a real team player who isn’t afraid to get stuck in and do what it takes to get the job done. With your strong interpersonal skills, you’re able to forge and nurture successful working relationships with ease.  Your communication skills are first class, both written and verbal.  Having the ability to also work independently you use your initiative and adapt well to changing environments.
