Retail Operations Assistant

35 hours per week / Maternity Cover

Based in our Marie Curie Shops HQ in Swindon, you will join a team supporting the retail strategy in optimising retail income by effectively managing and improving business processes relating to retail systems.  You will provide high level hands-on operational support for continuous improvement and lean operational working across all retail areas.

Supporting the Retail Operations Manager, you will have specific responsibility for Communications within the team. A highly experienced and organised Administrator, you will respond to and monitor feedback and complaints, identifying trends and then liaising with internal colleagues to ensure resolution in a timely, efficient and effective manner.

Strong IT skills and the ability to remain calm whilst juggling and prioritising a variety of tasks is key. You should also possess strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills including a confident, polite and effective communication style. Responsible and reliable, you must have the ability to organise your own workload to meet deadlines and work without supervision. Previous office experience operating at a high level is essential.
