Change Delivery Manager & Lean Specialists

Vauxhall, London (with travel throughout the UK as required)

35 hours per week / 23 Month Fixed Term Contract

About the role

Marie Curie is in the midst of a transformational journey to ensure that everyone who is affected by dying, death and bereavement has the best possible experience at the end of life. As part of making this happen, we are embarking on a new change programme to deliver our new strategy

Reporting to the Director of Change Delivery, the purpose of the role is to work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and our newly created change delivery team, to deliver transformation and improvement activity across the Charity, through employing change methodologies and the application of innovative thinking.

This is a superb opportunity for an outstanding individual to really make their mark in helping us achieve our long-term strategic aspiration of successfully establishing, managing and delivering our new strategy.

About you

As a talented Lean practitioner, you are a capable lead in an ambiguous complex environment and thrive in change delivery and best practice. Your experience enables you to confidently demonstrate past successes of transforming organisations through efficiency, cultural and evidence-driven change.

With extensive knowledge and expertise of portfolio management, cross-directorate projects and initiatives, you will likely come from a background working in the Charity sector, Public Sector, NHS or Consultancy. 

A suitably qualified and independently minded professional, you are ambitious and driven with first class interpersonal and communication skills

Whilst sharing our values and future vision, you are capable of ensuring practices are deployed to shape, plan, implement and track change throughout the organisation.

Being a real team player, you work effectively in a collaborative environment.  A positive person by nature, you exude passion in what you do and motivate those around you.
