Reporting to the Director of Change Delivery, the purpose of the role is to work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and our newly created change delivery team, to deliver transformation and improvement activity across the Charity, through employing change methodologies and the application of innovative thinking.

This is a superb opportunity for an outstanding individual to really make their mark in helping us achieve our long-term strategic aspiration of successfully establishing, managing and delivering our new strategy.
