Change Manager, Back Office Transformation Programme

Fixed Term Contract: 18 Months

Hours: 35 hours per week

It is a very exciting time to join Marie Curie as we enter into a phase of transforming our back office functions.  We are looking for a Change Manager to join our Back-Office Transformation Team on a 18 month fixed term basis.

The role holder will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time. With your excellent customer service skills, you will play a key role in creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee and volunteer adoption and usage and minimise resistance.  This role will be vital in supporting the introduction of new systems, processes and best practice. 

You should be able to demonstrate your knowledge of IT systems change management and its implementation in a diverse workforce.  Using your creativity and innovation skills you will evaluate the change process and make recommendations for change.  . Experience of working in a charity or volunteering sector advantageous but not essential.
