Specialty Doctor Scale £40,842 - £54,813 pa (dependent on experience) plus 4% Availability Supplement and 1.25 PAs On-Call supplement

HOURS: 10 PAs per week (40 hours), plus 1 in 5 on call rota

Fixed term contract for 1 year with the potential to extend to 2 years

Potential start date Wednesday 5th August 2020

CLOSING DATE: Sunday 24th May 2020

INTERVIEW DATE: Friday 5th June 2020.

The post holder will play an important medical role in the delivery of care to inpatients, community and day-patients in collaboration with the medical director, consultants, medical colleagues and the wider multidisciplinary team.

This post involves participation in training and educational activities as well as activities relating to maintaining clinical excellence within the service. 

This post offers the successful applicant a wide range of palliative medicine experience and can be tailored to meet the needs of the individual. It may be of interest to junior doctors keen to establish a career in this field.
