About the role:

A fantastic opportunity for a brilliant Recruitment Specialist to join our dedicated Talent Acquisition Team on a fixed term contract basis. A challenging and exciting role where you will take the lead on developing and maintaining an effective and robust recruitment service across the charity.     

This is a varied role with multi-site responsibilities, you will manage day to day recruitment operations, as well as being involved in project work, data monitoring and system development to ensure the service is run as effectively as possible. 

You will deliver improvements through training and upskilling to hiring managers and HR teams, including educating and promoting best practice, driving our ability to recruit the right talent to Marie Curie.

About you:

You are a credible and confident professional with a strong team ethos. You are driven by a passion for providing a first-class recruitment service and great candidate experience.

Evidence of managing and improving recruitment process and systems is essential, including the development of an Applicant Tracking System. You will be familiar with using recruitment data to produce recruitment metrics and to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.

The ability to build and nurture relationships across diverse groups will come easily to you. With experience in a fast-paced role, you can self-manage effectively under tight time constraints and meet deadlines.
