Based at the Marie Curie Hospice in Newcastle, you will provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and teams across the region on all aspects of HR.

With line management responsibilities, you will offer day to day support, guidance and encouragement, enabling team members to develop and excel in their field.

You will be CIPD qualified with a generalist HR background and an excellent current working knowledge of employment law and recruitment practice.  You will have worked in both an operational and strategic capacity in a similar sized, fast paced organisation with multi-site responsibilities.

With a strong team ethos, you are passionate, tactful and effective in building and nurturing working relationships with customers and peers across diverse groups.

Previous line management experience is essential.
