Marie Curie offers care and support to people living with a terminal illness, and their families. We want our Online Community to be a safe, friendly and responsive place for anybody living with or supporting somebody living with, a terminal illness, or who has been bereaved. We want to encourage activity and increase engagement in our Community, thereby providing a safe and supportive place for all to share feelings, emotions and experiences.

We are looking for people to help us by encouraging and promoting Online Community activity. This may involve sharing personal experiences and offering support to others, sharing interesting links to stories or blogs, and posting about anything relevant in the news. You don’t need to be an expert, or a professional. We want you to share your experience with others, enabling them to feel supported and heard, and to help us to shape the Community to become an interactive platform that is available 24 hours a day.

For this role you will be supporting the Marie Curie Information and Support Team. Internet access and a way of accessing the Community (desktop computer, laptop or tablet) are essential for this role, as is a strong grasp of written English.

Marie Curie is committed to a world where everyone can thrive and fulfil their potential. We are devoted to the social justice imperatives and organisational benefits of full diversity, inclusion and equity in the workplace, and are a Stonewall champion. We actively encourage and welcome applications from candidates of diverse cultures, perspectives and lived experiences.
