Contract Type: Full time, 6 month’s Fixed term contract with a possibility of extension

Are you an experienced Fundraising Manager looking for a new challenge?


We are seeking a Senior Fundraising Manager for six months to oversee our supporter led fundraising and innovation portfolio. The role will be part of the leadership team of the high performing and ambitious Mass Participation Fundraising department.


As well as developing a portfolio of supporter led activity driving participation and net income, you will be responsible for overseeing new product development and fundraising innovation. The portfolio includes Blooming Great Tea Party, ‘In Aid of Fundraising’, Step into Spring, and exciting new developments planned for the coming year. The team also manages our In Memory fundraising and Mass Participation wide stewardship


We are looking for an individual who has significant experience of working at a senior level within fundraising working on product development as well as marketing major fundraising campaigns and with plenty of ideas on how to “wow” our supporters, someone who is able to provide strategic and operational leadership and brings both creativity and commercial awareness to the role. The role will manage a team of eight with Five direct reports and is currently for 6 months with potential to extend.
