An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic senior clinical nurse to manage several diverse and complex end of life services delivered across North Wales.

Managing a large team of remote clinical staff with the support of a Senior Nurse and Registered Nurses, you will work alongside other healthcare professionals to provide an integrated and co-ordinated service that delivers care and support to people with terminal illnesses whilst also offering vital emotional support for their families.

Using evidence-based practice to develop and maintain high quality, you will lead a service that works collaboratively in the assessment and evaluation of patient care. Supporting the team, you will ensure appropriate clinical care is delivered to enable palliative care patients to stay in their own home.

A confident communicator, you will act as the clinical voice for Marie Curie, participating in local NHS palliative care strategy/ End of life groups and networks to ensure awareness and recognition of the contribution of Marie Curie, providing expert advice and information as necessary and identifying future development opportunities.
