We are seeking to recruit a Registered Nurse (RN) to work on our Hampshire CHC service which provides 24/7 fast-track packages of care to people at the end of their lives.

The successful candidate will be working alongside a team of Healthcare Assistants delivering care whilst at the same time supporting our Senior Nurse and Clinical Nurse Manager in the assessment of patient needs, planning and reviewing of care and leadership of the team. We are ideally looking for a RN who can work Early/Late/Long Day shifts throughout the week and provide 1:3 weekend cover as part of their rostered hours. They will be based in Fareham and Gosport.

A driver's license and the use of a car, insured for business use, are essential. This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure.

Physical activities required by the role include but are not limited to patient handling, frequent standing, sitting, walking, climbing up and down stairs, kneeling and crouching to attend to patient needs (including in an emergency situation) and load handling.
