An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of a Registered Nurse, to join the In-Patient Unit at West Midlands, Marie Curie Hospice.  The pattern of work is primarily on a shift basis of 12.5 hours. Long days (07.00-19.30), Long nights (19.30-07.30) inclusive of weekends and bank holidays. We have more than one position available. We are looking for someone on a full-time basis of 37.5 hours, however there is opportunity for part-time hours.

Marie Curie Hospice, West Midlands, based in Solihull, provides in-patient care for up to 24 patients. You will join a dedicated team who provide high standards of specialist palliative care to patients and support for their careers. The Hospice maintains high professional standards which are reflected in our daily practice, ensuring strong clinical and professional leadership and support.

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to develop a range of skills to help support patients living with a terminal illness within the Inpatient Unit.

We are looking for Registered Nurses with palliative care experience, who has excellent communication skills, motivated and enthusiastic to contribute to service needs and service development to meet the needs of our patients and the local community.

You will be working within a Multidisciplinary team to ensure care is person centred.
