Are you looking for the opportunity to gain rare and valuable experience working in palliative care?  An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, self-motivated physiotherapist to work for a leading charity helping to support people living with a wide range of palliative care conditions and at end of life.

This is a rare and sought-after post that will give the individual an opportunity to experience first-hand physiotherapy outside of the boundaries of the NHS, working in a truly person-centred care approach, promoting quality of life for people living within their own homes and within the hospice.  This post encourages creativity and collaborative working.  Opportunities are available for training and development and flexible working hours.

If you are interested in the post and would like to find out more, please contact Suzanne McArthur on Suzanne.mcarthur@mariecurie.org.uk or 0121 703 3600

Every day of your life matters – from the first to the last. When you work for Marie Curie, you understand that better than ever. We’re a passionate, committed and diverse team of more than 4,400 staff and 12,000 volunteers, here for people living with any terminal illness, and their families. We offer expert care, guidance and support, to help them get the most from the time they have left. Everyone knows our daffodil, but it’s our warmth, creativity and care that touch lives. Here, we take the time to really get to know the people we care for and those who love them. And we do whatever it takes to give them the final days and hours they deserve.

This role may close early if a sufficient number of applications are received.
