Advanced Nurse Practitioner– (Rapid Response Service Community)

Northamptonshire county wide Base Northampton

To cover both Day and Night

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and proactive individual for an opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded team, covering a rota, over days and nights.

 As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Palliative Care, you will need the experience and the ability to work autonomously and make critical clinical judgments using expert skills and experience to provide the highest possible care to patients in the community with cancer or other life-limiting conditions. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team liaising with local hospices and the community in assessing and managing the patients’ needs at the end of their life.

 

You will be enthusiastic and forward-thinking with excellent communication skills and want to positively contribute to the team

 

Candidates must be registered nurses and hold a nursing degree and will be keen to further develop skills in a specialist setting. The ability to drive with access to a vehicle insured for business use is also required.
