The Direct Giving team at Marie Curie is looking for an enthusiastic fundraiser with previous DM experience to join the team as an Individual Giving Fundraiser, leading on our supporter magazine and cash giving retention strategy. This role would be an integral part of the Stewardship Team nestled within Direct Giving, in the wider Fundraising and Engagement Directorate at Marie Curie.

The fundraiser would be responsible for project managing our quarterly supporter magazine and cash giving nursery programme. The role focuses mainly on Direct Mail and Digital activity, but there are opportunities to manage campaigns that incorporate other channels. The role also offers the chance to work collaboratively to launch new campaigns and projects, as well as working with the Stewardship Development Manager on the long-term strategy.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in Individual Giving on DM campaigns. They will need a good understanding of fundraising and the processes involved in launching large marketing campaigns.  The post-holder will have solid experience of working with data, be numerate, and have excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, as well as great organisational skills. Great attention to detail is a must, as well as being able to balance a varied workload.

This role is an excellent step for an individual, who is looking to build on their fundraising experience, hone their skills in campaign management and develop their skill set in strategy, planning and product management. If this sounds like the role for you, please follow the link below to the full job description and application. We look forward to hearing from you by 30 August.
