Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy working with a range of stakeholders and providing excellent service? Are you looking for a role to showcase your superb organisational skills? If so, we have a great opportunity for you.

We are currently seeking an efficient, well-organised and experienced person to deliver administrative support within our Learning and Development team.

You will provide administrative support for all learning events, preparing and co-ordinating training materials, providing diary/ meeting management for the L&D team and being the first point of contact for all L&D queries.

The ability to organise a varied workload, set priorities and meet deadlines is essential. You will be a natural communicator and can work with a range of stakeholders.

Our staff and volunteers are Marie Curie’s biggest asset, so we offer a varied Learning & Development prospectus that underpins this belief. This role will be part of an agile, friendly, fast moving team who are always looking to ensure that everyone has access to personal and professional development at the right time. Based in London, the role is a vital part of the team - planning, organising and implementing learning activity across all of the UK.

Every day of your life matters – from the first to the last. When you work for Marie Curie, you understand that better than ever. We’re a passionate, committed and diverse team of more than 4,400 staff and 12,000 volunteers, here for people living with any terminal illness, and their families. We offer expert care, guidance and support, to help them get the most from the time they have left. Everyone knows our daffodil, but it’s our warmth, creativity and care that touch lives. Here, we take the time to really get to know the people we care for and those who love them. And we do whatever it takes to give them the final days and hours they deserve.

This role may close early if a sufficient number of applications are received.
