It’s an exciting time to join the Reward & Recognition team at Marie Curie. We have an opportunity for a Reward & Recognition Administrator to join our transforming department, helping to shape the future direction of pay and benefits at the Charity.

You will be responsible for ensuring the primary focus of customer service is maintained and delivered on all aspects of Reward and Recognition. You will also take the lead on a variety of pension and benefit related projects. 

You will assist in every aspect of the administration of the charities benefits, annual salary reviews and salary setting and will play a pivotal role in ensuring high standards are met. A skilled communicator; establishing and maintaining good working relationships with a range of stakeholders will come naturally to you.

You should be comfortable dealing with data and have a proven ability to handle information in a confidential manner.  Having a keen eye is essential, as attention to detail is key.

You will be goal orientated and a talented listener who can glean required information with ease.  You are likely to have experience from an administration or coordination role within HR and this role will provide an excellent opportunity for you to further your career.
