An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Patient Administration & Bed Manager Department at the Marie Curie Hospice based in Solihull. The Hospice provides many services to support patients and their families living with a terminal illness. You will be joining what will become a dedicated team to support the reporting needs of the Hospice along with providing support for the Bed Manager process.

The Hospice maintains high professional standards which are reflected in our daily practice and provides strong professional leadership and support.

We are looking for an experienced administrator preferably from a Healthcare setting to coordinate and manage data collation, producing reports from said data and provision of minutes for all aspects of quality assurance and governance. You will need to be able to provide evidence of competency for the use of Microsoft Office applications especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

   

Excellent customer care skills and communication are essential whether face to face, on the telephone or via e-mail reflecting your enthusiasm, positive assertiveness and motivation.
