Do you want to join a small team who are setting out to transform internal communications and engagement at Marie Curie? Looking for a role at the heart of a leading charity? Then this role may be for you.

We are looking for an Internal Communications & Engagement Officer to lead and support on news, events and engagement at Marie Curie. The role will be responsible for writing and developing content for different channels, organising a range of internal events, and facilitating two-way engagement across Marie Curie.

Join us and you’ll play an essential role in the smooth running of our team as you provide support across a variety communications projects, managing inboxes and enquiries, and providing essential admin support to the team. Proactive, enthusiastic and team-minded, you must be skilled at organising your own time to manage a varied workload to meet deadlines, and you’ll have a thirst to get stuck in.

You’ll be confident working in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment and keen to learn and develop your skills in internal communications. You must also have excellent communications, interpersonal and relationship-building skills and a strong knowledge of MS Office. 

This is a full-time role requiring occasional travel to various Marie Curie locations across the UK.
