Marie Curie are expanding their fast track CHC service in the Hampshire area with exciting opportunities for excellent carer’s and nurses to join our team and be part of this service. This is an exciting time to join an ambitious, much loved charity seeking to grow our support and services within the South-East England region.

The successful applicant will play an active role in our team, providing excellent individualized care, enabling patients to be cared for and die in their own homes surrounded by their families and loved ones.  It's all about giving them the best possible quality of life. The support we offer is tailored to meet individuals' medical, social, spiritual and emotional needs.

Ideally you will hold a NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or be able to demonstrate equivalent/relevant (clinical) experience and the willingness to learn/work towards reaching a NVQ Level 3/further qualifications. Relevant experience in Palliative or End of Life Care is desirable but not essential. You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work well within a team, use initiative and organise your workload and have good communication skills.

A driver's license and the use of a car, insured for business use is essential. You will be based in and around the Fareham and Gosport area.
