An exciting opportunity has arisen within the administration team at West Midlands, Marie Curie Hospice, based in Solihull. The Hospice provides a number of services to support patients and their families living with a terminal illness. You will be joining a dedicated team to support the administrative duties for service needs at the hospice. The Hospice maintains high professional standards which are reflected in our daily practice, and provides strong professional leadership and support.

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to develop a range of skills to help support the work ethos at the Hospice.

We are looking for an experienced administrator within a Healthcare environment.  It is preferable that you have a proven working experience with SystmOne and I.T. skills as you will be taking minutes for meetings and producing letters, reports and graphs with the use of Microsoft Office applications especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.   

Excellent interpersonal skills are key which include good communication, enthusiastic, assertive and motivated. Excellent customer care skills are essential whether face to face, on the telephone or via e-mail.
