LOCATION: Glasgow Hospice
£20,000 per annum

HOURS: 35 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our friendly and supportive HR team in the Marie Curie Hospice in Glasgow. You will take the local lead in providing an efficient and professional recruitment service to Marie Curie managers across Scotland and Northern Ireland.

You will be responsible for delivering the entire end-to-end recruitment service, from attraction and advertising through to arranging interviews, offers, pre-employment checks and on-boarding; maximising the candidate experience at every stage of the process.

As well as recent experience of handling high volume recruitment in a multi-site environment, you should be a confident and proficient communicator, able to establish sound relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. You should be able to work at a fast pace and prioritise your workload accordingly. A good level of IT literacy and experience in the use of a computerised Applicant Tracking System is essential, as is attention to detail and a strong drive to provide excellent customer service.
