Strong personal stories of how terminal illness affects people’s lives are fundamentally important to Marie Curie’s work. In this vital role, you will be responsible for making sure we can tell those stories across major national brand, marketing and fundraising campaigns.
Managing Marie Curie’s case study team, you will be responsible for developing our strategy for sourcing stories from people who Marie Curie has helped, as well as people who may have experienced poor or inadequate care. You will also work with our hundreds of case study volunteers sensitively and efficiently, and ensure robust policies and processes are in place, to ensure they have a positive experience telling their stories. Our Marie Curie hospices offer specialist round-the-clock care. And Marie Curie support people throughout their illness by giving practical information, support from trained volunteers and being there when someone wants to talk.
